Optima 600 is a device that enables workouts combining the best features of a stepper, treadmill, and bike. Training on the elliptical engages the whole body and effectively increases the endurance of all the most important muscles. Its ergonomic design makes it an ideal device for people with sensitive joints and overloaded spine. Regular training promotes the improvement of cardiovascular and respiratory system functions, slims the figure, boosts energy, and contributes to well-being.

The advanced system in Optima 600 will create a training plan for you, consisting of 15 designed training units that will be continuously adjusted to your capabilities. The system allows creating 4 profiles and 1 guest profile. The personal profile stores data such as height, weight, and age, which are used to calculate BMI and energy expenditure.

The resistance adjustment level on the Optima 600 elliptical is exceptionally wide; the exercise difficulty can be set in the range of 25-400 watts (in 5-watt increments), ensuring perfect intensity adjustment to individual needs and training plan assumptions. The flywheel in this model weighs 22 kg, and the device can be used in two modes: AUTO and MANU.

The training computer is equipped with a premium class TFT display measuring 155 x 86 mm, and its operation is extremely intuitive. On the clear screen, you can view all the most important data that will help you monitor the course of your training.

The rail spacing is 190 mm, and the stride length you can achieve is 390 mm. The legs feature knobs that allow easy leveling adjustment of the device, ensuring maximum stability.

Completing the whole is the built-in Bluetooth system that enables connection with external devices and applications such as Kinomap, which offers a wide selection of maps from a virtual database and the possibility to compete with other users.
