    The men's jacket Helly Hansen Verglas Hooded Down is a versatile model that you can use daily on cold days, as well as during mountain hikes, climbing, or ski touring.

    The side panels of the jacket are made of breathable and stretchy softshell. This solution ensures that besides warmth, you will enjoy unlimited freedom of movement during outdoor activities. 

    The fabric ripstop 20D Nano is characterized by increased durability, which means the Verglas Hooded Down jacket will serve you for many seasons. Thermal comfort at low temperatures is ensured by synthetic insulation PrimaLoft® SILVER and goose down and feathers obtained from a verified farm. The jacket is light and warm. 

    The outer material is protected with a DWR impregnation free of PFC compounds to reduce the risk of soaking during unexpected rain or snow. It is also easier to keep the jacket clean because the fabric does not absorb dirt as much. Complementing this model are high-quality YKK zippers and a cold-protecting hood.

    The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
    PrimaLoft®
    Specialised synthetic fibre technology. The fibres form a structure with hollow channels, providing down-like insulation. The result is insulation with excellent insulating properties, but also extremely lightweight and moisture-wicking.

      A hybrid of natural down and synthetic plus inserts of stretch material on the sides and sleeves do the job. The jacket is ideal for activity because it breathes through the fabric inserts better than a similar jacket without such elements. Tested in the Polish mountains :) I recommend
