The outer shell is made from durable 1200D polyester and 9 mm thick laminated EVA foam. The use of these components makes the product up to 15% lighter than competing models. The inner walls are covered with an additional layer of cushioning that is 30 mm thick.

Comprehensive stabilization and protection of components

The foam base under the bottom bracket stabilises the frame and effectively protects the crankset along with the chain. The specially contoured sides have a secure place for the wheels, isolated from the frame by soft inserts. The set also includes fork covers, chainstay covers, and a rear derailleur cover.

Convenient manoeuvring and security features

The NOOYAH BK004S 28" bike case features two large rear wheels and two front swivel wheels with a locking mechanism. The bottom of the construction has been solidly reinforced with special slides made of durable plastic. The safety of the baggage is increased by a zipper with a TSA code and four strong straps with buckles.
