SUP BOARD STARBOARD iGO Tikhine 10'8" is a lightweight and feature-rich Allround model dedicated to beginner riders. The board is stable and wide, and thanks to the Fusion Woven Drop Stitch technology, it is appropriately strong and stiff.

The iGO Tikhine uses Welded Rail technology, where the rails are hot-welded to create a completely sealed, mechanically joined seam. This process reduces the risk of adhesive weakening over time, making the board stronger and longer-lasting.

At the front of the board, there is a bungee tie-down used for storing gear. The cord comes with 4 D-shaped rings to which bags and equipment can be attached.

The iGO Tikhine is equipped with a shoulder carrying strap and paddle holder, as well as Velcro loops for securing the paddle. This allows you to effortlessly carry the board and gear anywhere.

Information: For safety reasons, it is recommended to have a life vest on board the board or worn on yourself.

Technologies

Welded Rail Technology

A technology that uses a new and advanced heat welding process where the top and bottom layers of the board are mechanically joined. This means no glue is used to join the top and bottom rails (where leakage can occur) and these joints are now permanently glued together.

Drop Stitch Woven

Drop Stitch technology, in which the core of the pumped board is made of X-Woven drop stitch material. This results in the lightest SUP boards on the market. The benefits of the Drop Stitch Woven boards also include exceptional stiffness and a smooth surface.

Fusion

A technology used in the production of planks, which involves joining the layers by welding, without the use of glue. This ensures that the material is permanently joined and the risk of delamination is minimised.
