    The Pure2Improve Doorgym Bar tension rod is a device designed for home workouts. Thanks to its adjustable length from 63 to 96 cm, it can be mounted in any door frame. The rubber finish prevents the bar from slipping on the frame. 

    The bar allows you to perform a range of exercises – primarily pull-ups, but also abdominal exercises and elevated push-ups.
