Breathability

Three-layer membrane

The three-layer membrane used provides a very good level of breathability and waterproofness. The fabric together with the membrane and lining form a single, permanently bonded layer. This works well in extreme weather conditions.

Waterproof

They have been created to provide protection during prolonged contact with snow. The fabric used to make them is waterproof, keeping moisture away from the skin.

Ventilation

The vents can prove particularly useful when skiing on warmer days. They allow excess warm air to escape from the inside of the trousers, allowing the skier to maintain an appropriate body temperature.

Technologies

DWR

The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.
