Usage

The recommended serving is 1 capsule twice a day, preferably immediately after a meal. Take the supplement with about 300 ml of water. Do not use for longer than 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The supplement is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important.
