Race Day is a racing variant of the Endurance Fuel Bar.
Reduced dimensions and weight of 40 g.
The amount of figs and dates has been increased, thereby controlling the glycemic index to provide energy while reducing insulin spikes.
Nuts have been removed from the composition to facilitate eating and aid digestion.
Pumpkin seeds have been added, which give texture consistency and provide healthy fats and proteins (which support endurance during intense and prolonged physical effort).
A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins providing 50% of the RI has been added. With ingredients of organic origin, such as dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, and sultana raisins. Gluten-free. Lactose-free, suitable for vegans (except for the white chocolate with strawberry flavor – pink bar, which contains lactose and is therefore suitable for vegetarians).
