    Directions for use

    Mix 1 serving (6 g) with 150 ml of water. Use 30 minutes before planned training. Use on training days. The recommended daily serving of the product is 6 g.

    Notes

    Do not use if allergic to any of the product's ingredients. The product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of the product. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended. Due to the high caffeine content (200 mg per daily serving - 6 g), the product is not recommended for children and adolescents under 16 years of age, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, diabetics, and people sensitive to caffeine, with hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine intake per day. Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. A single intake of 800 mg of beta-alanine may cause tingling or numbness.
