The DWR coating makes the fabric water repellent, so that water forms droplets on its surface and runs off instead of soaking in. This protects the fabric from getting wet quickly, providing greater comfort in wet conditions, but does not guarantee full water repellency.

DryVent™

An innovative membrane used in clothing that guarantees excellent protection against wind and water. Its special structure ensures adequate air permeability and allows excess moisture to escape to the outside.

Windwall™

Flexible fabric with excellent windproof properties, providing a good level of air circulation. Prevents the body from cooling down and helps to maintain an adequate body temperature.

Heatseeker™ Eco

Heatseeker™ Eco technology is a high-performance insulation made from 100% recycled polyester fibres. It is highly packable and has a very good warmth-to-weight ratio. In addition, it is characterised by being highly resilient, waterproof and hypoallergenic.

SLayerWarmth

Insulation in The North Face garments, providing thermal comfort in a variety of atomsphere conditions. The technology uses two layers of insulation, between which an air-filled baffle is created. In this way, heat is maintained inside the garment.
