    Men's shoes Nike Renew Run 3 are designed for training on hard surfaces such as asphalt or sidewalks. They are also suitable for other sports disciplines or for everyday urban walking. Improved shape of the collar and tongue supports the foot, and they are additionally soft to provide comfort during use.

    The Renew foam used in the midsole is soft and resilient, providing good cushioning, allowing for smooth and springy steps. The outsole is durable, and the tread pattern provides good traction on hard surfaces.

      How to measure the length of your foot - instructions in 4 steps

      1. Prepare a sheet of paper and set it on a hard, non-slippery surface - it is best to tape it to the floor.

      2 Stand barefoot on a piece of paper - distribute your body weight evenly and set your foot straight.

      3. Mark the tip of the big toe and the back of the heel - preferably holding the pencil vertically.

      4. Take off the foot and measure the distance between the marks - this is the length of the foot. Repeat for the other foot and choose a larger measurement, matching it to the size chart.
