The men's winter jacket Mammut Chamuera HS Thermo has been designed with the needs of hikers in mind. Made from 100% polyamide, it utilizes DWR hydrophobic technology, synthetic insulation Ajungilak OTI™ Element, and the MAMMUT® DRYtechnology™ membrane, offering protection against water, wind, and cold, while also caring for the environment by avoiding PFCs.
DWR technology causes moisture to bead up and roll off the fabric surface instead of soaking in. The synthetic insulation Ajungilak OTI™ Element, made from polyester Super Fine Fibres, offers excellent insulating properties even in wet conditions, is durable, resistant to deformation, and retains its features even after frequent washing. The two-layer MAMMUT® DRY technology™ membrane guarantees high water resistance and breathability, providing optimal protection against external elements.
