High-quality down and hydrophobic technologies

Thermal insulation is provided by European goose down with a 900 FP fill power and RDS certification, featuring a fluorocarbon-free Nikwax hydrophobic finish. The filling effectively retains heat, maintaining its properties even in challenging humidity conditions. Thermo Ionic Lining Technology (TILT) further supports insulation by reflecting body heat back inside the jacket.

Pertex® Quantum fabric and recycled textiles

The outer layer of the Rab Mythic Ultra is made from recycled polyamide, using Pertex® Quantum 10D ripstop fabric weighing 28 gsm. The lining combines recycled polyamide and polyester scrim with an aluminium coating, which further enhances the jacket’s thermal efficiency. The entire garment is finished with a DWR coating that increases moisture resistance.

Functional design details

The jacket features a YKK® zip, elasticated cuffs, chin protection, and an integrated hood, ensuring full freedom of movement and comfort. Zip-secured pockets allow safe storage of essential small items during activities. The regular fit and long sleeves guarantee a good fit both during fast transitions and longer breaks.
