Men's CAPiTA Scott Stevens Pro snowboard black/white 1211127/155 (1211127)

The snowboard CAPiTA Scott Stevens Pro is a proposal for freestyle riding in the park. It was created in collaboration with Scotty Stevens. Its versatility is enhanced by medium stiffness and a twin shape. It maintains stability during jibbing, sliding, and approaches, providing you with lots of fun. Lightweight and durable - it guarantees long-lasting use.

The construction uses a P2 SUPERLIGHT CORE™ core, which combines strips of poplar and paulownia. This combination resulted in a very strong energy core with reduced weight. The whole is reinforced by CARBON FIBER fibers placed along the edges, which make the board more reactive without affecting its weight.

The Scott Stevens Pro board has been enhanced with 1.5 mm cork panels between the core and the sidewalls. Thanks to this soft material, vibrations are absorbed and dampened, protecting against damage from impacts with blunt obstacles.

HOLYSHEET™ FIBERGLASS uses three-axis woven fiberglass above the core and double-layered fiberglass below the core. This increases the durability of the construction. The whole is covered with an ecological and very durable resin MAGIC BEAN™ RESIN. Thanks to it, the core weight can be reduced without the board losing power.

The excellent properties are also due to the PROFIL PARK V2. It is a combination of zero camber between the inserts, which provides great stability, with a double reversed camber Flat Kick. Raised contact points turn on the spot and lift effortlessly.

Wooden core

A model with a wooden core is characterised by its high durability and ability to keep the same shape. A board with such a core is much easier to handle, dampens vibrations well and provides a good feel.

Mounting 2x4

The board uses a quantity of inserts of 2 × 4, which allows for more accurate positioning of the bindings. There are two screws in this way of fixing the bindings to the board. The appropriate spacing between the bindings depends on the height of the user.

Good reactivity

This model is characterised by good reactivity. Thanks to the right profile and the use of well-considered materials, the snowboard responds well to the rider[s movements, which translates into high comfort while riding.

P2 SUPERLIGHT CORE™

The versatile and lightweight core for maximum pop is impact resistant. Thanks to its stability, it will prove its worth for both professional jumps in the snowpark and freeride on variable terrain. It is made from a blend of poplar and paulownia in equal proportions.

HOLYSHEET™ fibreglass construction is characterised by fibre weaves with high tensile strength and low modulus of elasticity.

CARBON FIBER

Known for its stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion, carbon fibre is one of the most popular materials.

QUANTUM DRIVE™

Improved sintered slide with ultra-high molecular weight and ultra-high density. Stamped with sintered glide characteristics.

1.5 MM CORK DAMPENING

Dampening, durable and lighter than rubber, the 1.5 mm thick cork increases protection against the force of blunt impacts.

PAM16000™ PRINTING

A printing technology using sixteen thousand ink jets, without the use of solvents. The resulting water-based ink graphics are sharp and clear.

MULTITECH™

Technology for applying multi-layer laminate to a board.

SUBLIMATION

A technology which involves injecting ink under high pressure through the top layer of the board into the base material. It produces a full-length and intense print.

SILKSCREEN

This is a printing technique that involves creating a pattern on a fine mesh grid. At the CAPiTA factory, some of the prints are produced by hand.
