Children's ski helmet Marker Bino pink 140221.69 (140221,69)

The ski helmet Marker Bino is a very lightweight model, weighing 350 g. Its low weight is thanks to the In-Mould construction, made from high-quality materials. It will provide your child with a high level of protection and comfort, thanks to the precise adjustment system that fits head circumferences ranging from 45 to 49 cm.

The In-mould construction is a combination of a molded, very durable polycarbonate shell with shock-absorbing EPS foam. The impact force is very well transferred to the foam because the shell does not separate from it in the event of a collision.

The helmet features additional reinforcement with 180° Edge Protection. This is a polycarbonate plate placed on the lower edge that protects the child during side impacts. It also increases the helmet's durability by reducing the risk of dents or cracks during transport. The integrated ear pads additionally protect the child.

High comfort while skiing down the slope is ensured by the applied MarkAIR Channel System ventilation system. Fresh air enters through the vents, flows through the channels integrated with the EPS foam, and then expels excess heat and moisture outside. This prevents goggles from fogging up.

The airflow level in the Bino ski helmet can be conveniently adjusted using a special insert called Air Jam Climate Control. It is waterproof, with a corrugated structure that can cover the vents when your child needs warmth or uncover them when the temperature is too high.

The graphics on the helmet will certainly appeal to young skiers.

Advantages

Impact protection
Skiing is classified as a high-risk sport, which means that the greatest possible protection is required during skiing. The helmet offers impact protection, which increases the user[s safety on the slopes.
Passive ventilation
Permanently integrated into the helmet, the ventilation channels let fresh air in through the openings at the front and let excess heat and moisture out through the rear openings. Thanks to this solution, the goggles do not evaporate and the head is kept comfortable during activity.
Buckle fastening
The chin strap uses a classic buckle fastening. It is easy to use, but fastening and unfastening it can be problematic with winter gloves. It will work well with helmets designed for slightly older children.
Soft ear muffs
Soft ear muffs are a different helmet design with ear muffs that are not overlapped by the helmet shell. They are extremely soft and protect the ears from the cold without interfering with sound reception. They do not, however, provide protection against injuries that may occur in the event of an accident.
In-mould construction
This construction mainly combines different types of in mould foam of different hardnesses. These layers are closely linked to the outer layer of material, which is much harder. This construction makes the helmet extremely lightweight.
Adjustment of size by means of a dial
A classic adjustment system that allows the helmet to be precisely adjusted to the circumference of the head. Using the rotary knob, the helmet can be easily and quickly increased or decreased in several sizes. The correct fit of the helmet increases safety when riding.
MarkAIR VENT
A progressive ventilation system located in the frame of MARKER goggles. Designed to ensure a continuous flow of fresh air along the helmet and full ventilation of the lenses. As a result, the system protects the goggles from fogging. The air vents are protected with breathable foam to prevent water and snow from entering the equipment.
In-Mould
In-mold is a manufacturing method in which the outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to a layer of inner protective foam during moulding. This makes the helmet lighter, more durable and better absorbs impacts. The process also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish and increased structural durability.
