The advanced wrist-based heart rate sensor helps assess training intensity; with continuous heart rate monitoring, you can track your fitness progress in real time. The Recovery Assistant will suggest how much rest you need before taking on another challenging training session.

To take even better care of your body, monitor the amount of fluids you consume. Record data and check if you are consistent in what you do. With this model, you can also monitor your breathing around the clock.
