The device features a magnetic resistance system and a heavy 35 kg flywheel, providing incredible smoothness of motion. 24 resistance levels allow for individual adjustment of the load according to the user's preferences and skill level. The elliptical trainer is equipped with a computer with a blue backlit screen that performs precise training measurements and displays all parameters. It measures, among others, calories burned, distance traveled, and exercise duration. It also records heart rate by placing hands on the touch sensors on the handlebars or wirelessly via a telemetry chest strap. As an iConcept model, it connects wirelessly via Bluetooth® to mobile devices and allows the use of many available training apps.
