    BH Fitness Open & Go YF90 is a magnetic bike characterized by compact dimensions and the ability to fold, making it an excellent solution for training in indoor spaces with limited room. The device features a magnetic resistance system and has a flywheel weighing 8 kilograms. The 8 levels of resistance, adjustable via a knob, allow the user to tailor the intensity to their own preferences, goals, and level of advancement. The ability to adjust the saddle height and the length of the straps on the pedals improves training comfort, and transport wheels make it easier to move the bike from place to place. The computer measures basic data and displays it on the screen. It records speed, time, distance traveled, and calories burned. The YF90 operates smoothly and very quietly, which is another reason to use the Open & Go also in an apartment building.
